How do the events at the restaurant foreshadow the events that led up to the airport fiasco?

    Melody was hungry and her mom started to feed Melody then it got quiet and then everybody started to stare at her so she pushed her plate away.Then she felt sad about it.

    THAT MELODY HAVE TO GET FED TO AND THEY WILL BE LATE WHEN THEY GOT TO THE AIRPORT SO THAT WHY THEY LEFT HER BECAUSE SHE HAVE TO GET FED.

    I think the problem from the restaurant led to the airport fiasco because when everybody was looking at her. Claire probably had a plan to stop Melody from coming to D.C.

    The events at restaurant that foreshadowed the fiasco at the airport are,they rushed into the restaurant and left Melody, there was no wheel chair ramp and the elevator was broke,mom fed Melody, both were uncomfortable,the team met early for breakfast and didn't call Melody's parents,they left early on a flight still did not call Melody's parents.This means nothing good was happening for Melody at the restaurant or the airport !

    The ironic part in the scene at the restaurant,is that Claire was the one that drew the negative attention to herself at the restaurant by throwing up all over her teacher's brand new shoes.Everyone would expect that behavior from Melody and not Claire.On page 238,chapter 26 Melody said "hmm,I thought.Claire gets sick in the middle of a crowded restaurant,yet I'm the one everybody looks at sideways".The events at the restaurant that foreshadowed the fiasco at the airport are:rushed into the restaurant-and left her behind,the restaurant had no wheel chair ramp-elevator was broke,her mom fed-her both uncomfortable,team met early-for breakfast-didn't call,and left on early flight and still didn't call. This showed that Melody was not having very good luck .

    On p.g. 238 chapter 26, Melody thinks. . . . .

    Events that foreshadowed to the fiasco are: they rushed into the restaurant without her, no wheelchair ramp or elevator for her, her mom fed her and made them both uncomfortable, and the team met for breakfast ad left on the airplane without Melody and never called to tell her.

    -everyone rushed past Melody into the restaurant
    -no wheelchair ramp
    -the elevator in the back broke down
    -the team met early for breakfast(didn't call Melody)
    -left on a early flight(STILL didn't call Melody) This showed that Melody wasn't having very good luck

    The events at the restaurant that foreshadowed the fiasco at the airport is that the other kids on the winning team rushed into the restaurant without Melody and her mother.When Melody and her mother got into the entrance of the restaurant,there was no wheelchair ramp.When Melody's mother had to fed her she was uncomfortable.When Melody and her family got to the airport the person at the front desk told the parents that the others had ate breakfast and got on the 9:00 o'clock plane when they were going to go on the 12:00 o'clock plane.What made her mom mad was that no one ever called her.This information is in paragraph 26,and 27.This means what happened at the restaurant foreshadowed what happened at the airport.
